Conscious Athletics is a method of training in which we focus on our mind as well as our body.
I have developed this method after a 7 year background in sports as well as meditation practice.
I view all training as a form of meditation, and strongly believe in a healthy mind - Healthy body concept.
I use special techniques from the world of weightlifting and light athletics along with methods from meditation and breathwork, creating space for you to to live up to your full potential - Body and Soul.
The trainings are function-oriented, that means we will focus on performance - getting healthier, faster and stronger. From my experience, external results are soon to follow.
I offer Personal & Group training, Nutritional councelling, and Life Coaching sessions.
